Creating a timeline

To create a timeline, navigate to the “Timeline” section (either by using the outline on the right side or under the “What Happened” category on the left side).

Each entry must have a date, a title, and a visit summary.

Change the date by typing in a new date (formatted in MM/DD/YYYY) or by clicking the calendar icon and selecting a date that way. Timeline dates in your case report preview, downloadable PDF, and public report will be formatted as YYYY/MM/DD. 

To create a new timeline entry, click the “+ Add Timeline Entry” button at the bottom of the page. To delete a timeline entry, click the trash can icon button.
